As a seasoned real estate professional, I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. Living in Dandridge with my husband of 30 years, daughter and 2 dogs, I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be. I have lived in New York basically all of my life, starting out in Brooklyn, then going to Long Island, finally landing in the Hudson Valley, where the onion farmers and cows were my neighbors. My love for real estate prompted me to get my real estate license almost 15 years ago, when I started out at Coldwell Banker. Helping so many people made me realize I could do even more being an Independent Broker, so I opened Panarelli Realty in Goshen, NY 8 years ago. After many years of selling 100's homes for people who wanted to move south, I decided to visit Tennessee in 2011. We fell in love from the moment we got here, realizing this was our new home. We decided, as difficult as it was to leave my son and other family members, we needed to make the move. Hopefully the rest of the family will follow! Having the experience of making a big move by ourselves (we did not hire a moving company!), I can relate even more to those who want to relocate.
When it comes to business I believe in the 3 C's. Care, Commitment, and Communication. Many of my clients are long time repeat customers because I truly care about what is going on in their lives. Whatever their situation is, I put my heart into helping them the best way I know how. Once I understand their needs, I am fully committed to helping them achieve their goals, putting my clients needs above mine. But as in any relationship, communication is the foundation for success. Keeping my clients informed, with honest answers to their questions and truthful updates throughout the transaction, helps eliminate the worries of "not knowing".
